Cancellation Policy
Hi beautiful, please read my policies below😊
A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required for services.
Deposit can go towards one time reschedule.
*Please note, if you've paid a deposit and cancel the day of or within 24 hrs of your scheduled service, you will lose your deposit.
**Mosaic Beaudee LLC charges 100% cancellation fee for any same day cancellations, cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, and no call no-shows.
*No children or animals allowed in services*
**Avoid exercising, steam, sauna, sweating, crying, or wearing eye makeup for at least 24 hrs after appt. If you've recently had Botox, please wait 7 days before scheduling a service.
**If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so online through the booking site.
** When booking any refill service, clients must have at least 50% of their extensions remaining. If not, service will be considered a Full Set.
** If a client is coming from another lash studio/salon, "Transfer-fill," must be booked. Please note, Mosaic Beaudee LLC, may or may not be able to work over another Studio's lash extensions.**(a consultation will determine if service can be performed.)
** There are no refunds issued for any service. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your lashes within the first 48 hrs of service, a complimentary 30 min refill will be scheduled to make adjustments. **
**After hours are scheduled for clients who can not make it in for services during business hours. An additional $40 will be added to each appointment.
